  • Yes, they are in one time zone. The entire island group is under P.S.T.  Philippine Standard Time. The Philippines shares the same time zone with Hong KongMacauSingapore, most parts of ChinaTaiwanMalaysiaBrunei, central IndonesiaWestern Australia and Irkutsk.

  • Yes. So is the entire country of China, though in that case, it makes no sense and is a product of the Chinese government's extreme denialism. The Philippines is at least helped by its elongated shape.
