The hilarious part is when you start the job and they tell you to ask anything and there will always be someone to help and no question is a dumb one and just come in my office any time you need me.
That is the screamer.
It's because some employers think employees are an expense, not an asset.
Let's imagine you have a bunch of bananas in your pantry and you are fond of eating bananas. One of the bananas is bruised, rotten, bug-infested, or otherwise inedible.
Do you go through great consternation about your one bad banana, or do you throw it out, eat the other bananas, and buy new ones the next time you're at the grocery store? Exactly.
The rotten bananas are put in the freezer and used to make banana bread.
Many employees are like leeches the more you give the more they want.
That's true of employers as well Tom Thumb. Nothing ever suits a lot of them.
We just live in a world where everybody is disposable. People can be fired for no reason at all, on a whim, basically. I've seen it happen.
You must be a small business owner. They're usually sociopathic psychos.
I'm sure employers would put the "rotten bananas" in the freezer and make Soylent Green out of them if they could...;-D...
It's true, but it's not funny. It's typically callous Conservative mentality.
