Amazing! The same question elicits thoughtful, polite, kind answers as well as belligerant responses. Why?

I don't understand why some folks get their shorts in a knot and their noses out of joint so easily while others don't. Anyone KNOW the why of that? The question is the same...the responses are wildly different. Weird or cool?
