Have you ever turned down a job?

I went to an interview for telemarketing once and it turned out it was for phone sex.  I walked out of the interview.

  • I turned down a few over the years. Usually because of the pay or lousy working conditions.

  • Yes, they offered me the PE job working at 2 schools and I asked if I would be coaching and they said no and I did not accept. That was to be my first teaching job. My parents were saying how could you turn down a job?  But the next week I got what I wanted and was coaching football and basketball. Good things come to those who wait?
