Tax cuts for the wealthy. Benefit cuts for the poor. Makes PERFECT sense in an oligarchical society. How else would the rich get richer?

An oligarchical society doesn't include wealth as an inclusive necessity. Perhaps you are referring to a plutarchy type society as an extension, but quite different. benefiting the wealthiest few.  

i dont think there is any other way for them to get richer
