Trump assured us there would be no cuts to Social Security/Medicare/MEDICAID. He never lies. Where is HIS plan? When do we see IT?

Trump also assured us that EVERYONE would be covered. The benefits would be better. The costs would be less. Now that's a plan EVERYONE could definitely support. Where the he** is it? Why is he hiding it? Why doesn't he shut all the naysayers up by releasing it and having Congress PASS IT? No one is going to object to it. Save Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid. Provide comprehensive health coverage for EVERYONE giving much better coverage at much less cost. Who is going to argue with that?  I thought Trump was prez. I thought he called the shots. If not who does?
