    I've gone back to making my own each time I want to use some.  I was shocked when I realized that the brands I liked were mostly HFCS.  I make delicious sauce and use maple syrup for sweetening.

    It probably isn't too hard if you use any food items mass produced.  Catsup is another bad one.
