    I'm not sure we underestimated their missile advancement so much as their willingness to use the missiles. 

    Highlighted by the fact that Cheeto Benito and North Korean Doughboy seem determined to go Mano a Mano on the world stage.

    You really should prowide a link when 'asking' such a question.
    the question implies that some Korean politician made that ultimatum/statement. Who, When, Where? What else was said?
    Without a link I can only assume that the quoted statement reflect your way of thinking, more than anyone elses.
