It freezes up everytime i want to go on yahoo, im using chrome but using another browser dont help. it will go on unresponsive and that guy comes up that says to kill it, i do that but now its getting to the point where i cant go on yahoo at all, usually, it would take 2 minutes or so and then i could use it but now i cant at all, im on my netbook right now, any suggestions? i want to use it on my laptop again but dont know how and yes i filled out a crash report, do they get the ip address from that and fix it?
