    no.........not fair.....sometimes it's just the way they fit.

    BUT if you mean that stupid thing where guys wear them falling off their waist, then yes, that's pretty stupid.

    but from a completely different perspective, I don't complain 'cuz I'm gay & rather enjoy checking out a nice butt showing right there in their underpants!!

    I've gotten some pretty interesting 'views' that way............but not that many guys wear them that way anymore, at least not where I live..
