Why do you assume those who practice safe-sex and only use it for procreation, are automatically so HOT they have to keep screwing even though they keep having kids as a result?

Are you capable of considering other options?  Like maybe sex is not so important to those who have their minds devoted elsewhere?  Sex is not all that.  We Americans MAKE it all that because it SELLS.   The only pigs that screw and keep having kids live in trailer parks or are so ignorant they don't know better.

  • Heck no!! Sex is a sacred union that we've managed to cheapen considerably .Sex is not bad, nor was it made to be bad. I don't look at sex as only an action for procreation. It is a part of commitment and becoming one flesh. Contraceptives I'll go with. I am opposed to abortion. If a person has the sense to know where babies come from, then the best contraceptive is to keep your britches on until you have the ways and means of taking care of a child. That is to say, without dropping them on grandparents to raise, or government to finance.

Hello RosieG. Here's a couple of articles:

    http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2011802?q=%22birth+control%22&am...

5 Is it wrong for married couples to use contraceptives?

    ▪ Answer: Jesus did not command his followers to have children. Neither did any of Jesus’ disciples issue any such directive. Nowhere does the Bible explicitly condemn birth control.

Married couples, therefore, are free to decide for themselves whether they will raise a family or not. They may also decide how many children they will have and when they will have them. If a husband and wife choose to use a nonabortive form of contraception to avoid pregnancy, that is their personal decision and responsibility.* No one should judge them.—Romans 14:4, 10-13.

It's called the traditions /thinking of mankind.. And it is in the catholic religions leadership reprieved interest to dominate world demographics...  If you become the most numerous religion you can exert more worldly power and control..  So any activity that would cause a lowering of the catholic demographic would hinder this objective.. So it must be discouraged...

The Bible foretold an apostasy from true worship after the death of the apostles with a return to true worship in the last days. Just like forbidding to marry and the use of religious titles, other non-scriptural doctrines permeate most of modern day Christendom.

(Matthew 15:3-9) In reply he said to them: “Why do you overstep the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For example, God said, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Let the one who speaks abusively of his father or mother be put to death.’ 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother: “Whatever I have that could benefit you is a gift dedicated to God,” 6 he need not honor his father at all.’ So you have made the word of God invalid because of your tradition. 7 You hypocrites, Isaiah aptly prophesied about you when he said: 8 ‘This people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far removed from me. 9 It is in vain that they keep worshipping me, for they teach commands of men as doctrines.’”

(1 Timothy 4:1-3) However, the inspired word clearly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired statements and teachings of demons, 2 by means of the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, whose conscience is seared as with a branding iron. 3 They forbid marriage and command people to abstain from foods that God created to be partaken of with thanksgiving by those who have faith and accurately know the truth.

(Matthew 23:6-12) They like the most prominent place at evening meals and the front seats in the synagogues 7 and the greetings in the marketplaces and to be called Rabbi by men. 8 But you, do not you be called Rabbi, for one is your Teacher, and all of you are brothers. 9 Moreover, do not call anyone your father on earth, for one is your Father, the heavenly One. 10 Neither be called leaders, for your Leader is one, the Christ. 11 But the greatest one among you must be your minister. 12 Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.

(Titus 1:14-16) paying no attention to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn away from the truth. 15 All things are clean to clean people; but to those who are defiled and faithless, nothing is clean, for both their minds and their consciences are defiled. 16 They publicly declare that they know God, but they disown him by their works, because they are detestable and disobedient and not approved for good work of any sort.
