Other than dollars or pounds, what do you have more than 100 of?

I had this conversation today with a man who has over a hundred Hot Wheels cars. I have over a hundred bottles of nail polish. Do NOT include tildes in your answer.

lol If only we weren't siblings. I have the same story, or at least a similar one.

When I was little, the American Girls book series came out. Oh, how I loved them. Especially Samantha. Molly was ok too. My school library had all the books and had the porcelain dolls on display. I must have checked the Samantha book out a dozen times, and I'd just sit and stare at the dolls in the library. There were even matching clothes, so you could dress just like your doll. For years, I begged and pleaded for a Samantha doll. They were about $50 or $75 with the book back then. When begging didn't work, I offered to do odd jobs until I could earn enough to buy one.  My mom finally "caved" and told me not to worry, that I'd be happy when the next Christmas rolled around. I couldn't contain my excitement. When Christmas arrived, I knew just what box my Samantha doll was in. The waiting was excruciating. I even picked up the box under the tree when nobody was looking and hugged it, dreaming of all the fun adventures Samantha and I would have. When the time came to unwrap it, I tore the paper off frantically (but gently), only to discover my doll was not Samantha. She wasn't even an American Girl doll. She was a cheaply-made doll dressed in the colors of Italy. I'm not Italian. I didn't even know any Italians. *Sigh*

This guy told me his wife doesn't like him telling people that he has them. But if he's a typical collector, you should re-consider your ban, he's a great family man.

Hmm... I guess you'd have to define "typical collector." The ones I have met weren't exactly great family men.

They're probably busy searching for more cars to add to their Hot Wheels collection.

Well, important or not, there they are.  I have some even less important, if you can believe that.

Wearing matching socks is overrated. Glad you don't toss the lone survivors.

Awesome!  Good for you Baba!  My Grammie always told us to save our pennies.  They DO add up!  I used to have a 5 gallon glass jug in our bedroom.  When I tended bar and waited tables, I would throw my change into it at the end of the night.  When Don and I decided to move to Florida, we emptied it and had 964 dollars!  Save those pennies.  You never know when you might need a vacation or want to move :)

How many did you kill in college?  I've always wondered if I would be smarter if I didn't party so much.  The funny thing is, I haven't wondered  enough to feel regretful at all!
I am VERY VERY sure you have many more than 100.  I'm going to guess into the 10s of 1000s if not 100,000s.  I'm serious!  Care to spare of few?
