    And just think how the millenials are going to react if someone "bursts" a thermonuclear warhead at altitude over the USA. Hello EMP, goodbye cellphones and computers (including that computer controlling your car).

    I don't know if they would die but withdrawal symptoms would probably set in pretty quickly and then society would begin to break down.  There is no way we could institutionalize a whole generation.
