  • Wrong, a gangsta does not make a rapper, nor a rapper a gangsta. Now a gangsta certainly could be a rapper, as a rapper may indeed be a gangsta. So "those dudes" must live as you see fit in YOUR mind, not mine.

    It sounds like you are very spot-on about a certain aspect of the subject.

    Rednecks as a rule are NOT rappers.  But Rappers as a rule are as redneck as they come.

    They are deep down inside "good old boys, and bros before hos" and that happy horseshit.  So they sure don't look or talk redneck, but the words mean exactly the same thing.  And the surface is where the dissimilarity ends.
