The opening notes of Speak No Evil's songs "Resentment" and "Invincible Man", off their sophomore album, "Welcome to the Downside", sound exactly identical to the opening notes of "Tear Away" and "Pity" off of Drowning Pool's debut album, "Sinner". Coincidence? I think not! How did Speak No Evil manage to get away with such blatant and deliberate plagiarism?
