Well, I was totally exhausted from school and picking up Old School from the airport. That weekend, I decided to go to the store and I fell asleep at the wheel while at a dead stop. So, I took my foot off the brakes for one or two seconds and tapped the car in front of me.
It was a nightmare.
I don't want to finish the story, but it's all good now.
I failed to come to a complete stop before turning right on red. I got a video ticket. They even sent me a video of my infraction. It was quite a bit of change. The good news was that Washington does not report video and camera tickets to insurance. I have not done it again. I think this should be strictly enforced but it isn't; people hardly ever stop before turning on red and it's dangerous; it is indeed running a red light.
You rebel you. People like you should be taken off the streets as a public safety precaution. (Said while stealing someones parking space then jimmy rigging the parking meter out of its money) really, a public hazard even. ;+
I rear-ended a car during stop and go traffic... Dented their bumper and totaled my car! I'm sure the rest of the interstate was very annoyed with me. Other than that, it was a speeding ticket. A nice $150 ticket -_-
Reckless driving. I went over the line twice on a curvy, hilly road. Barney must have been bored that day. That was the one I got cited for. Since then I have run many a red light when no other vehicles were around. Never got caught.
