    Mental.  You can usually overcome physical exhaustion if you rest up for a day or so.  Mental exhaustion, especially if it's due to an ongoing problem, is much more difficult.

  • Mental exhaustion is worse. Physical exhaustion can come with a sense of reward. Mental exhaustion usually just brings me down.
