Any GOOD leader supports/defends/protects his people. Jared Kushner blamed his assistant. Would you have done that? Why?

Of course Trump is never to blame for anything. He regularly throws people under the bus. I guess Jared is a chip off the old block through marriage.  Sad. They don't know any better apparently of what a GOOD boss should be.
