What is with this visiting genocides? What does this possibly hope to accomplish anyway? A bunch of blah blah blah about what? The disappointment of the horror of it all? No kidding.
I find the whole thing useless myself. I'm reminded of the Royals having to do the pomp and circumstance duties out of propriety. They do little else.
They should have dignitaries from the USA to deal with this hogwash. People are murdering each other all over the place. There are atrocities committed on a daily basis now. Do we have to send the President to visit each place of mayhem?

I am of Armenian descent Uc and each April Armenians protest the fact that the Turkish Government continues to deny that it murdered 1.5 Armenians. Our mini-holocaust which makes Armenians and Jewish folks understand one another well since genocide has afflicted both peoples. Only the Jewish people had 6 million folks murdered. We just lost 1.5 million. I know there are other groups suffering genocide as well. It is a terrible thing to have happen. But even worse it is evil to deny it happened. The German government took ownership. The Turkish government won't. Cowards. Liars. Evil deniers.

Hogwash is it? I am of Armenian descent. 1.5 million of my people were murdered by the Turkish government Sharonna. Next time you open your mouth do a little research. You don't know what the he** you are talking about and it shows. Either become knowledgable or stifle it. You know so little it should embarrass you.
