It didn't work for me either, but I searched again. I can't make the link work, but if you put his name in your search engine, it was an article that appeared in Newsweek in April under "Spytalk."
I did get it to work when I pasted the link directly in my browser.

Given his job I would think it's for much for the same reason that J. Edgar Hoover was coated in Teflon as FBI director. Figuratively speaking he probably has photos of many people in power engaging in questionable "romantic" activities with common barnyard animals.
