    I was surprised to actually find a link that addresses "solving the one piece puzzle."   It asks and answers this question:  What do you do when the very puzzle that will move your organization from a systematic stalemate to a streamlined stalwart only has one piece? 

    I enjoyed the article, but it doesn't directly address the issue I was trying to find some information on.

    I finally realized a thing.  There is no need to solve any puzzle.   It doesn't matter.

    There would just be another and another if you go down that puzzle solving road. 

    I'd rather just be aware, even hyper-aware and accept what is.


    OK OK I lie a lot and don't practice what I preach.
