Knowing what, why, when, where, whom changes nothing. Why does knowing matter?

Every sequence changes everything.   It is like a still pond and the next move is the stone that causes the ripple effect throughout the entire pond.

So, there is literally nothing that an action does not effect.

Knowing changes everything.  Think about it.

You may not be able to control a desired outcome, but an effect is taking place, no matter how subtle.

I think it's important to know... knowledge gives power and understanding and some people can use that to make changes.
