    my guess is that the numbers are higher than the ratings show....alot higher.
    I think a better questions would be who came up with these numbers?and where who are

    what I mean is..obviously they didn't poll all of America... did they just poll California? or what? I'm a voter...no one asked my opinion..how bout you?

    "Approval ratings are a mirage. They ask the public to compare the president to some theoretical standard or ideal. Do you approve or disapprove of the way the president is doing his job? Compared to what?
