Imagine for a moment If you were a dictator anywhere in the world not always bowing down to the West would you too want nukes so not to have

happen to you what happened to Saddam, Qaddafi and almost to Castro? Is nuclear deterrent a lesson well learned?

    Sadly not, and in the US even largely forgotten (there are quite a few generals advocating the use of "tactical nukes" whenever the US go to war).
