You cannot be charged with defamation of character if what you say is provably TRUE. Can you? How?

Telling the truth about some of your posts has gotten mine deleted by the moderators, most likely to your false claims of "personal attack".  I guess you think it's fair, just as long as your ability to spew is unabated.
