I have been drawing since age 4. I write books and illustrate them. At my first art exhibit in college, I sold many more paintings than anyone else. I studied painting, sculpture, ceramics and enameling in college. I had a street artist permit in San Francisco. I studied Chinese and Japanese art at Alemany College and San Francisco City College. I paint on leather jackets, and I have painted murals on walls. I sang in the choir at Chinese United Methodist Church in San Francisco. I played a trumpet in elementary school. My brother played guitars since he was a boy. He was in a rock band. I played a guitar just once. I saw a great flamenco guitarist perform and told my brother about him. I took his guitar and showed him some flamenco chords I had seen. My brother Al could not play them even after years of playing a guitar, while I played them the first time I ever used a guitar in my life. I went to discos some, and I studied Filipino folk dance at San Francisco City college. I wear cufflinks I made. I wear T-shirts that have prints of some of my paintings. I painted Chinese and Japanese symbols on several baseball caps I wear in summer. I have two leather jackets with paintings of beautiful Asian girls I did on them. I have some skill in several arts.
Yes, I know a man who has used that name on some websites. I have met him some in San Francisco. Among other skills, he's an artist-writer who drew me some for his illustrated world history of clothing. I'm in North Beach an Italian area, and he's in Chinatown the next neighborhood south of mine and in Japantown that's across town. He and I are friends on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yahoo Answers and more. He taught me some martial arts and exercise routines.
Wow, that's interesting. I'm still hoping he'll send me a pic in one of his samurai suits. Be nice to take a look at his world history of clothing too.
He uses a photo of himself in a $3150 antique samurai suit on Facebook as his avatar. He has other photos in more Japanese and Chinese clothing there, including two Chinese Emperor's ensembles. He shows samples of illustrations of his books too. You could become his Facebook friend and see his many photos. I have some of his world history of clothing illustrations on my Youtube channel. Search on Youtube for "mariavenusfanelli" to see that. There was a Yahoo Group about it, but I don't know if its still active. There is one about his own martial arts style that he created that has some illustrations from it. I'm shown in it. Search Yahoo for Groups and then "goutsumartialarts".
Tried searching YouTube but didn't see anything. I'm probably doing something wrong! Don't have Facebook. But maybe you could post some pics here. They sound so interesting. Would really love to see them!
Lol oh gawd another one :) i have an account on YouTube so I searched the username .... i found it minus the Venus in middle .. is eight videos uploaded of clips from shows of some Asian télévison program :)
Yeah :) This fantasy has been going on for looks like over 8 years... that's when that video was posted. I didn't watch whole thing cos was creepy for me.
Well, you found some of the videos I have on Youtube. I'm in many of the history of clothing drawings. Other videos are scenes from Japanese movies. I know some of the stars in them. I often live in a mansion owned by a wealthy Japanese lady. Her female cousin and a Chinese girl stay there too.
