  • That works as long as it'[s not a one of a kind specialty store. :)

Order it on Ebay or Amazon of course.

    They have everything.

    Sometimes free shipping too.

Why bother shopping.  You can even order groceries delivered.   You now can get jobs from home too.  So why leave home?

They don't sell everything. I looked up pickled lamb's tongues (a Kosher delicacy) and they are no longer for sale...anywhere.

Yuck. That's nasty. Stick to pastrami and corned beef.

How do you know they are nasty if you have never eaten them.

Hormel made them. Mom always had a jar in the fridge all the time. She and I and a brother were the only ones that would eat the, When mt brother and I were visiting Main about ten years ago, we went to a Navy Commissary and found the last two jars on the planet. We couldn't wait to get back to the cabin to eat them.

  • Yeah..I order from Prime Now a lot. It's good for the heavier things that i don't feel like carting home myself.

So you like Prime? Good prices? I've been doing more online ordering of the heavy stuff too. Very nice convenience.

I go out in the street and scream and cry and have a hissy fit, followed by burning a few cars and buildings.

What did you think I would do?

    had that happen
    when our local Sears vacated
the place where it had been for years
was sooo sad, but I survived.
Guess they are still around though
    just not here,
so it seemed to me that
    they went out of business.

  • We had one here called Kastner Knott's I love it, but it went out years and years ago, It was a kind of high end department store, but when they put things on clearance, it was like garage sale prices,
