The whole world is burning. Let's not bother putting out any fires because it will just burn anyway.
It's like that. Meaning, some future disasters can be prevented long enough for us to come up with maybe a better solution than the ideas we currently have.
There is global warming and there are overwhelming climate disasters we cannot avoid. We cannot avoid a comet bashing into the earth either. But we try and keep trying until no hope is left.
Right now all we got is the idea of elevating human consciousness. That is as likely an event as Jesus coming over to everyone's house personally today. It ain't happening. So, instead, we need to think, wait and evolve. And pray we have enough time to undo whatever that is upon us. No clean air, no clean water, dead animals, extinct much-needed species to balance the ecology, did I mention NO WATER? Overpopulation. Disease. Germs everywhere. That stuff. No food eventually either.
Oh yes, and melting ice caps. That kinda sucks too.
So, we have some big fish to fry here. GO TRUMP.
Pretend it doesn't exist and pass it on to the next guy.
"for control." Control of what? Is it not better to be warned of possible impending ecological calamity so we might take action to mitigate its impact than to say, "Oh well."?
