I thought all open alcohol had to be kept in a car trunk cp . I didn't know some states allowed open bottles to be transported inside a car. I just don't know what the impact of "open carry" might have been had the Charlottesville tragedy continued on. A car driven by a deranged White Nationalist Hater is what broke it up and dispersion of the crowd began. What would have happened had the violence escalated if there were no car? Would it have become Gunfight at the OK Corral? High Noon? People armed with loaded guns driven by hate whipping then out to do battle with "the enemy"? Thank you for your reply! :
