    Yes.  There is.  But no one is practicing it yet.

    If we could as a group, meditate upon that faction and send love and mercy to all beings involved?  It will help.  It will raise the consciousness and disperse the negative energy.

    It works.  That is what prayer is for.  It is VERY powerful when used properly.
