It is impossible to say what he thinks Trump has promeised, Wishful thinking plays a large part in such things. It could be everything the KKK have ever wished for plus a cherry on top, Or it could be less. I read the Post article, and Trump seems determined to disentangle himself from that embrace.
He certainly didn't indicate that in his absurd speech. He never once mentioned RACISM, WHITE NATIONALISTS, KKK, SKINHEADS. He said "many are to be blamed" or some suc bullsh** lie. He did nothing to heal or bring the country together. He is scared sh**less of the racist members of his base. Without them he would never win anything. He knows it. So he will not take them on.
