Wellllllllllllll over here holidays are the same thing as what you refer to as vacations, but I get what you mean... My favourite would be Easter.. perhaps because it's spring and I love the spring.. it seems a time for renewal, for hope...
Holidays as in vacations.. well that would be Venice I think.. I had always wanted to go there but would probably never have got round to it.. but my daughter who, like me, hasn't traveled all that much, and gets anxious whenever she is outside of home, let alone going anywhere, one day said she would like to go to Venice... That was my incentive.. she never asks to go anywhere so if she had found somewhere she wanted to go then I figured I should make it happen... and I did.. She tried to back out of it a few times, it's scary for her to travel or be away from home.. but we did go and she loved it! A very cool experience, perhaps a once in a lifetime holiday
Ive always wanted to go to Venice. I was born on Easter Sunday. The next time it falls on my birthday ill be 70. THanks for answering Adaydreambeliever. ;))
