There are probably a host of them.  The ones I do celebrate are the traditional Judeo-Christian ones and the common secular ones.

The ones I don't celebrate are usually the  Monday holidays that I don't have off work.

Any of them other than the Christian and Jewish holy days, patriotic days (Labor, Independence, and Memorial),  parent days, and Thanksgiving.  Days like Valentine, Halloween, etc. aren't holidays to celebrate.  Days like President Day and Martin Luther King day are acknowledged but not celebrated. All the American ones that don't apply in Australia, like Thanksgiving and the 4th of July. However I do recognize Anzac Day, which you probably don't.

Today not one and its sad. Living alone you try to get in the mood but if your alone there is nothing to celebrate. On a quick note a do thank GOD for my health and survival to this point. But holidays are sad these days, especially the birthdays or ones were your stuck in the hospital and you look around and everyone has someone except you.

  • Christmas is one I recall first. I do not observe any religious holidays.
