Do you suffer from acne? What are your tips for maintaining clear skin?

I've been using good old benzoyl peroxide for treatment of my adult acne, and so far it's working! But it's pretty tough on the skin. Do you suffer from the same? Do you have any other regimens for skincare?

No I don't have acne, but I am kind of a skin specialist of sorts.

I have treatments for you, but first I have to know what your lifestyle is.

Do you have money to spend on things like your skin or are you using that SHIT because you are broke?

You are ruining your skin and it won't really get rid of the problem.

It may "help" but all it is doing is drying out some oil, leaving your skin robbed of any kind of helpful nutrients and just aging the heck out of it.

So, can you spare say, $50 for a regimen that will get rid of this bane?  Because you are going to have to do a few things to clear it up, but it will work.

I highly recommend this laser wand that will work so much better than what you are using now.  That thing costs about $125.00 but I have had mine for 3 years and it still works perfectly.  I don't have acne, but I get blackheads on my nose area, and this keeps them away.   It works great on zits.

Then there is this skin needle.  It is very inexpensive.  You do this treatment on acne at least once a week, and it helps normalize the skin and also keeps scarring to a minimum

Finally there is a skin debrader that is excellent.  It also is around $100.00.

So, I guess $50 was not the right amount.

More like $250, but you will never have to buy them again.

And you don't have to buy them all at once either.

HOW DID I KNOW YOU WOULD HAVE SOME WORDLY WISDOM FOR ME. Thank goodness for you. Well, I am currently using this because I was broke(ish) and had gotten several recommendations from friends and colleagues. But I am very invested in my skin and I will try almost anything!

    How severe is the problem?

Is it a little, a lot, or just in certain areas?   This is the cheapest tool, but it is just GREAT.  It can cost as little as $10.

    So, this is microneedling.

Currently watching this video. Thank you! It's gone down quite bit since I started shredding my skin with benzoyl peroxide, but on a regular basis it's pretty constant. I don't remember the last time I didn't have at least several breakouts on my face. It's not cystic, but it's almost always around my chin and lower cheeks. Someone told me once that that was a sign of it being hormonal acne... Which could be true. I started a new birth control method last year and soon after that my skin started freaking out. But I'm hoping I can tackle the skin and not have to switch BC. Ya know?

I am intrigued. Can I buy these online? "Skin needle" sounds pretty awful... how exactly does one use this tool?

This is a much better video.   It answers all questions.    Look at it and then we will talk again.

You can get the one you need on Ebay or Amazon.  Just hit the search bar when you get there and type in microneedle tool

They have all kinds, but they are essentially all the same.

Go for a medium- priced one of about 11 bucks or so.

I need it. I realize now I've heard of this before and I've seen procedures similar, but I didn't realize the benefits of it. But as I think the first video suggested, it's best to not do this while there are active breakouts, yes?

You can do this on active breakouts.  Yes.  I don't know how severe they are.  It won't hurt anything.  At all.

Keep looking at skin needling videos and see what you find out.  Don't take my word alone.

I think this is a great idea.  You can even use it with recommended products to get really beneficial results, but first let's get you the right tool, before I confuse you with a bunch of information.

This is cheap and works.   Just get the right one.  Keep watching a few more. If you need me to find them for you, I will.    You tube- skin needling.   I found you some needles below....

See a dermatologist. Treat the cause, not the symptom. You might need antibiotics, or even Roaccutane.
