Clearly that shows Trump does not think for himself. He is programmed by whomever gets to him last. A computer. Junk in junk out.

    It sounds like an over-the-shoulder goodbye in a sarcastic manner.

    Like, "Hey, don't forget that WALL you were bragging about".

    But since they are supposed to both be "in cahoots" about this departure of Bannon's I would say that you are right. I think Bannon was Trump's go-to guy for how to behave in this whole campaign.
