    Look at the ones pardoned by Obama before he left......some of those were crazy.  To be honest, I dont know anything about this Joe other than he was a sheriff who tried to help control illegal immigrant invasion into his state/county.  Of what he was convicted?....I have no idea.

    Presidents have a long history  of  pardoning whomever  they want....

    Clinton pardoned almost-- 500 
    Obama almost-- 2,000
    Bush--200.
    Trump just 1.
