Why do some folks literally get away with murder while others are/were incarcerated for smoking pot? Nuts, eh wot?

    My late husband was a criminal attorney here in the deep south. He saw a lot of down right lop sided justice that looked like it stepped right out of the 20th century. Very nuts, yes.

    I believe they still incarcerate for being publicly drunk. Usually this involves a disturbance.

    Thank you for your reply bh. I don't understand why drunks don't drink at home. It's cheaper and they wouldn't be at any risk.
