How do Trump's slavish worshippers feel about using the money to build a wall, to INSTEAD help the victims in the Texas hurricane?

That would surely boost his ratings if he just came out and announced that he was giving as much aid as possible to this instead of wasting money on our pretend enemies.

    FEMA has budget money allowed for these disasters.  
    Congress needs to appropriate thr money for the wall.
