    Depends on what they say/do in my company. Usually it takes a few minutes.

    I don't know about you but in addition to the words they choose to use I pick up on "vibes". These are unseen but very strong electric somethings they emit. I cannot explain it any better than that. I am very sensitive to my surroundings and I pick up on hostile immediately as I do friendly/cordial. Rarely do they fail me ....the vibes.
