Are LOUD folks deaf or do they just think we are? Does LOUD attract LOUD? Quiet attract quiet? Or is it mix and match?

    Most of the time that people talk loud is because they cannot hear how loud they are.

    They either turn it out and are used to the loud because everyone in their family or something is loud or they have bad hearing.

    And they want to be HEARD.

    Speaking softly gets you heard oftentimes a lot more than the constant shouting.  

    When I hear someone yelling, usually turn off what they want and focus on how annoying they are.
