According to 'Donnie's' surveys, he has a problem with Washington insiders.  The crooked media and lobbyists were mentioned. 

No. I don't think he kills people. I think he ruins them. I personally know two people who got into business disputes with him. He destroyed their lives. He launched insidious slander campaigns that wrecked their reputations, prevented them from working in the industry, and cost them millions in court. It can't be tied to him, of course, but the exact same things happened to both people in the same manner and they're unrelated. Creating a hit list, even if it's carried out, wouldn't suit his narcissistic tendencies. He likes control, domination, and power.
