Yes i would and i have. When my daughter was 14 i took her to a god awful punk rock concert in Atlanta and the music was terrible but her company made up for it a thousand times over. I would do that for anyone that i found special enough to hang out with fo sho.
Probably not. I enjoy good music too much to waste time on music I don't like. I also am not much of a concert-goer. Large crowds and loud noise make me uncomfortable.
Yes, I did that quite a few times.. My friend is very into classical music.. piano especially, which is my least favourite.. I was fine with opera but struggled with the piano concerts.. I would almost always fall asleep.. and the only reason I got away with it was that he always fell asleep too.. I did note that the one time I asked him to go with me to something I liked he moaned about it.. I went to see the committments - luv them.. one of my fav songs..
Those were all the things my friend liked. I found I liked opera and ballet, (not experimental ballet through) but I really struggled with classical :-(
