I googled the picture and it's called the Full English Breakfast.
Some of the stuff on that plate is pretty obvious like the bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, toast, mushrooms and tomatoes.
The thing in the lower left hand corner looks like deep-fried hash browns but you'll need somebody from England to identify those round things under the fried tomatoes.
The round, black things under the fried tomatoes look like a couple of slices of black pudding to me, Livvie! It is a traditional part of the full English breakfast. I found a Wikipedia article if you want full info. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_pudding I reckon it could be fried bread, rather than toast, and I'm not sure about the stuff in the lower left corner, either. I think you did pretty well at identifying the components of a full English breakfast, for someone who isn't from our shores!
