Discussion»Questions»Legal» Individuals may be mild/meek/fearful but in a crowd something transforms them. They become "brave" and dangerous. Should crowds be outlawed?
We have a Constitutional right to assemble (in crowds) The dangerous part is where the police and National Guard have to come in and remove the physical troublemakers. The Kent State shootings is an example. When the National Guard has to be called in to restore order, it's time to start behaving.
