    Yes! The Joe Arpaio Great Wall.  Maybe they should extend it along the Gulf of Mexico to keep the hurricanes out.

    Mexico can pay for that part of it bh. The Gulf of Mexico is very large and that would add beaucoup bucks. I'm sure Congress would not fund that. Thank you for your reply! :)
