    Why should I re-wind at the end? It's the same amount of work as if you re-wind at the beginning. I never understood that.

    But you're motivated to re-wind it. When I'm done watching I've lost all interest in the tape. I argued this with Blockbuster and I won.

    It didn't exactly go to court. It was just a 17 year-old store clerk that I threatened to punch out if he charged me a re-wind fee.

  • That is so crazy that we used to have to rewind VHS tapes, LoL!
    I remember when the VCR would eat the tape and I had to try to wind it back in?

    You should have paid for the tape you damaged. You caused the VHS Video Rental Store to go out of business because of your actions.

    Nah, they died of rewinding. The stores should have had a machine to do the rewinding and clean the tape at the same time.
