Which side of the road are you suppose to be on when you walk a bicycle?

I know you are suppose to ride a bicycle with traffic and walk against traffic, but what if you get off and walk the bicycle?

I swerve from one side of the road to the other, just to be safe.

If you have to get off and walk the bicycle, hitchhike, and then you won't have to worry yourself about it.

  • Dumbest rule contender.  Bicycles should be on the shoulder againstt traffic as well.  Having riden bikes for years it's much safer to see what is comming at you.
