If you had the power to stop yourself from looking any older than you do right now, would you?

You'll still get older, but you'll never look any older.

  • probably not. i can't really explain my feelings on this, but the first thing i thought about was i wouldn't get to see all my hair go silver. plus i already do a couple things to keep my body and skin looking healthy and youthful.

Of course.  I would also like to stop aging period.  Forget about the outside.  I would mostly like to preserve the inside package.   I don't mind dying, but disease freaks me out.

  • Yes, without a doubt. I'm afraid that it's too late for me as I'm already uglier than a mud fence.

What's the point of what; the question, or its premise?

WingedWonder, I'd be willing to bet there'd be tons of people all too willing to do the same thing.  Maybe even some of those who say they wouldn't.

Tom Thumb, What's the point?  I'll tell you what. I'll make this a multiple choice and you pick one that more closely resembles a reason why someone would find this power appealing

    1.  Because it will remove the burnt food from your pots and pans in minutes

    2.  Because you run the risk of getting arrested for running a red light

    3.  Because who wouldn't want to look 30 years old when they're 90

Looking good on the outside doesn't do much good if your still old inside, your only cheating yourself and fooling others.

      Age naturally and be yourself

Tom Thumb, I think if looking good on the outside makes a person feel good about themselves, it can certainly do a lot of good on the inside. Cheating yourself? Out of what? People have plastic surgery all the time to look younger and you can be sure they don't feel cheated. And as far as fooling others is concerned, it's not something I'd concern myself with.
