Think I'm down to really good dramas and documentaries, many of which only show up at our local art house theater. And the occasional crowd favorite when it arrives at our two dollar theater. Wow I'm old. And cheap. ;-)
I'm not convinced that there's been a really good drama in a long time. I don't even know how much a movie ticket is these days, but I know it's more than $10, although a senior might be less.
I probably don't watch as many new horror movies or old western movies and I've never watched Anime either. I kinda have the same mindset that there's too much horror and suffering in the world already so the movies don't interest me much. When I was young I definitely watched Jason and Freddie movies though, but I've kind of lost interest now. I watch mostly comedy, action, drama and more independent type of movies.
