Are the strongest supporters of FAKE NEWS the folks who know it's fake or the ones who don't know it's fake? Can belief be faked? How?

If a person believes the fake news, they are willing to accept lies. They are trusting and gullible. It's like this silly old rhyme ------- how much wood would a woodchuck chuck ----- if a woodchuck could chuck wood.  I have seen a few woodchucks here at The Funny Farm, and they don't chuck anything, but they do sample things in my garden.  That's no lie!
